  • Choose Reality: Accept the current,, uncomfortable truth of your situation instead of fighting, ignoring, or pretending it is not happening. Healing cannot start until you acknowledge the starting line.

  • Choose Connection: Actively combat loneliness by building deep, meaningful relationships with people, rather than relying on digital interaction.

  • Choose Freedom: Actively decide what you will not do. It involves setting boundaries to stop being pulled in every direction by external pressures and commitments.

  • Choose Health & Healing: Prioritize physical health to support mental health, including sleep, nutrition, and addressing past traumas, rather than treating them as separate issues.

  • Choose Mindfulness (or Perspective): Shift from merely reacting to life’s stressors to being aware and intentional about your responses.

  • Choose Belief: Find purpose in something bigger than yourself, preventing your self-worth from being tied solely to your feelings or personal achievements.
