Hi, I’m sandi.

I coach women and men who are ready to stop surviving in their transitions and start thriving in their next chapter. If you’re ready to shed old identities and forge a life that is truly aligned. I guide you through a personal Phoenix Rebirth to break the cycle of feeling lost. We’ll replace your anxiety with a foundation of resilience and the confidence to lead a truly joyful life.

A little about me. I am a mother, a grandmother, an ex-Basketball Coach and a crocheter. I have a Counselling background which I went into due to always counselling athletes I coached and quite often their families as well.  
I have found throughout life facing many mental health challenges (yes, they are challenges not issues) that we are often faced with having to balance life whilst we heal (reclaim our joy) and deal with many unexpected transitions through life (such as career, relationships, health — all of which I have personally experienced).

This, I believe, is what I have managed to do very well and would love to share this with you. 

A happiness mindset coach is a life coach who helps clients discover how to approach their problems and change their thinking and behaviours to achieve a sense of happiness and fulfilment. Helping clients grow through personal challenges and achieve their goals through friendly, collaborative guidance and positive motivation.

It’s difficult to define what exactly a happiness coach focuses on since the notion of happiness is unique to each individual. Some of the lifestyle changes that as a happiness coach we focus on are self-confidence, facilitating a mindset change, spirituality, relationships, exercise, finding a life purpose, and more.

My Approach

We are often taught the Golden Rule as a social obligation, but true Social Interest begins with the courage to be imperfect and the commitment to self-encouragement. Adlerian psychology teaches us that we are not defined by our past, but by the goals we set for our future.

I will help you master the 'Creative Power of the Self' to consciously reshape your Style of Life. By practicing radical honesty, we identify the 'private logic' that holds you back and replace it with behaviors that foster self-worth.

My edge lies in being transformational and forward-looking, rather than just a coping mechanism. I provide a structured, digital-first roadmap that guides women through their emotional blocks and directly into designing their "Next Act." I will be offering flexible, online emotional wellness tools coupled with an exclusive, intimate virtual community, I provide the ongoing sisterhood and deep identity-rebuilding that apps and solo coaches simply cannot replicate. I'm not just helping women survive life; I am coaching them to actively reinvent it.
